Our M&A Lead Advisory team delivers end-to-end (“turnkey”) advisory services on M&A transactions and capital raisings, covering equity, private debt and hybrid / mezzanine structures. We work alongside clients throughout the entire transaction cycle – from origination and research through to negotiation and closing.

  • Identify and approach relevant strategic and financial investors based on sector focus, geography, and other related factors.
  • Prepare investment materials, including teasers, information memoranda, and financial models.
  • Perform an indicative pricing analysis to support positioning and negotiations.
  • Manage all investor interactions, and support negotiations on term sheets and offers.
  • Advise on the financial and commercial terms of an SPA and other deal-related documentation.
  • Coordinate all parties via signing and completion.
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with the client’s strategic and financial goals.
  • Approach the sellers and advise on an optimal process strategy.
  • Support during commercial and financial analyses, valuations, and transaction structuring.
  • Manage all interactions with sellers and targets, and assist in preparing term sheets and offers.
  • Assistance throughout negotiations, due diligence, and the commercial aspects of deal documentation.
  • Coordinate the execution process via signing and completion.
