- Identify and approach relevant strategic and financial investors based on sector focus, geography, and other related factors.
- Prepare investment materials, including teasers, information memoranda, and financial models.
- Perform an indicative pricing analysis to support positioning and negotiations.
- Manage all investor interactions, and support negotiations on term sheets and offers.
- Advise on the financial and commercial terms of an SPA and other deal-related documentation.
- Coordinate all parties via signing and completion.

- Approach the sellers and advise on an optimal process strategy.
- Support during commercial and financial analyses, valuations, and transaction structuring.
