1. Financial, tax, and legal due diligence of a premium hospital (mainland Dubai). The project encompassed analysing a building and land plot and exploring the option to build an additional building
2. Financial, tax, and legal due diligence of a large trading company (DMCC free zone)
3. Due diligence of the asset holder of a land plot to be used for construction purposes (mainland Dubai); assessing the land plot and turn-key structuring of the sale transaction
