Obtaining state support measures

The SW Tenet team, in collaboration with our tax and legal professionals, helps conduct diagnostics of applicable state support measures and determines the optimal set of measures and sequence of their application. We carefully consider a project’s specifics in order to maximise potential benefits and minimise risk. We assist in obtaining government support measures, including preparing investment documentation (market research, financial model, business plan) and support in negotiations with federal and regional state authorities.

Supporting public-private partnership (PPP) projects
